Through our home & loan program, HBC works with Investment Resources Inc. with whom we have a business relationship. Most of the personal financial related information obtained via this website will be processed and used by this mortgage company to help you qualify and obtain your home loan. Investment Resources Inc. is licensed and operates in the State of Oregon.
